Trakeena is the very sheltered daughter of Scorpius.
While under his rule, she desperatly wanted to break away from the
Scorpion
Stinger and be her own person. She had her own thoughts and plans
regarding
the Rangers, but her father simply would not listen. She attempted to
use
his generals to her advantage, but that only lasted so long. The
problem
still existed. She was 'daddy's little girl' and that wouldn't change.
When Trakeena finally learned the truth about who
she was meant to be, her entire world fell apart. She was destined for
greatness, but to achieve it, she had to become an insect like her
father.
Her beaty would fade when she stepped into his cocoon, but her power
would
exceed her wildest dreams. She didn't share her father's vision,
however,
and ran from the Scorpion Stringer and her old life.
Once on her own, Trakeena found her way to Onyx
where
she met white knight, Villamax. He rescued her from a bar fight and
allowed
her to open up about her hopes and dreams. She wanted to be
warrior
and he made that a reality for her. She was strong, fast, and brave by
the end of his training, but her joy was short-lived. Trakeena soon
learned
that her father had been struck down by the Red Ranger. He was near
death.
Running back to him, the two made peace as he drew
his last breath. With Scorpius gone, it was Trakeena's time to rule.
And
with her father's empire, she vowed revenge against Leo for what he had
done.
She spent the following months desperately searching
for ways to make him pay. Finally she found the answer. In a battle
with
the traitor, Deviot, Trakeena was forced into the cocoon. The two fused
into one being, but the old princess was gone. She was darker now, with
no honor. Villamax soon fell to the new woman; after which she
completed
her destiny by finishing the transformation.
Now in a new stage, she did battle with Leo. Her
power was amazing, but she lost in the end. Her bodily for was
destroyed,
but her spirit remained.
Nearly a year later, Trakeena returned, again ready
to take her green form. She captured civilians, attempting to use their
lifeforce for her own. One thing she didn't count on was Olympius'
betrayal.
Because of him, she mutated past her green stage into a new, more
horrifying
creature. In the end she was destroyed by the Rangers, never having
gotten
the revenge she so craved.

Her actress married Reggie Rolle, who played Damon; Galaxy Green.

Trakeena was a very complex character, in that she wasn't necessarily
evil.
Leo killed her father, thus leaving it up to the viewers to decide
weather
her way of dealing with pain was right or wrong.
