Mora is a ten-year-old who is allied with Emperor
Gruumm. She may be cute as a button, but don't let that fool you. She
is evil, with no compassion for mankind. The girl can often be seen
with a mangled doll known as Cindy Sunshine. One of her
hobbies seems to be bugging the creatures around her. She has a knack
for annoying both Gruumm and Broodwing.
Mora's talent with the Troobian Empire lies in her
artistic ability. She is able to draw creatures that are then brought
to life and used against the Rangers.
Little is known about her power beyond that one fact, but I have a
feeling there is much more hidden beneath the surface.
Interesting Facts:
- Mora is the first of PR's annual villainesses to be a
child.
